FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping across the United States and Canada. Standard delivery time is typically between 7-14 business days depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and warehouse location.

Orders are shipped using trusted logistics and freight partners to ensure safe and secure delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

After payment is received, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment preparation.

Actual delivery generally requires an additional 7-14 business days depending on destination and freight scheduling.

IMPORT FEES & TAXES

All import duties, EPA certification charges, customs documentation fees, and shipping-related handling charges are covered by us.

Customers will not be charged additional sales tax on eligible orders.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We sell products from multiple warehouse locations throughout North America. Please review the Item Location section on the product page before placing your order.

In certain situations, freight carriers may require equipment pickup from the nearest logistics warehouse if direct residential delivery is unavailable in your area.

Tracking details are typically provided once your shipment has been dispatched.

We ship eligible equipment orders through Logistica Cargonam, a freight and logistics provider offering heavy haul, flatbed, LTL, FTL, warehousing, and project cargo services.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers can track shipments using the official Logistica Cargonam tracking page.

WARRANTY & BUYER PROTECTION

Products include manufacturer warranty coverage that may vary from 1 to 5 years depending on the product.

During the warranty period, free replacement parts may be provided for eligible warranty-covered issues.

All eligible purchases are protected through secure checkout and buyer protection coverage.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your equipment arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact our support team immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Shipping damage claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
